Three freshmen--simple soul Truck
Cross (Jimmy Stewart), blue blood Richard Gates Jr. (Tom Brown), and cynic
Roger Ash (Robert Young)--meet at the prestigious Naval Academy in Annapolis,
Maryland, and take an instant liking to one another, quickly becoming roommates.
Though Truck is a fine football player, he gets kicked off the gridiron
because of allegations that he entered the school under false pretenses.
He fights the charges, claiming that he altered his application because
his father was bounced from the Navy years ago over a misunderstanding. Truck
had better clear his name soon, because his chums need their star center
to snap the ball in the upcoming contest against archrival Army. If the
three young men can hold fast to the Navy's traditions of honor and loyalty,
they just might stay in school--and even win the big game.
The Neptune Factor

The Night My Number

At a fashionable dinner party in Hong Kong a pilot is coaxed
into revealing details of a dream in which eight persons take off from Bangkok
in a Dakota bound for Tokyo and crash in the Japanese mountains. Amongst
those listening is Air Marshal Hardie who is due to fly to Tokyo the next
day. Hardie initially dismisses the dream because he is scheduled to fly
out in a Liberator, but as Hardie arrives at the airport he discovers that
the Liberator has developed mechanical problems and has been replaced by
a Dakota. When, just before the flight is due to depart, two soldiers board
the plane making a complement of eight, Hardie fears that the Dream may be
coming true and he is destined to die.
Night of the Strangler

In New Orleans, a man learns that
his sister has a black lover and is pregnant. He throws her away and, a bit
later, she is murdered by a mysterious killer with a peace-sign belt buckle,
who disguises the murder as suicide. Her friend Vince and a black priest
investigates, but this leads to more murders until a surprise ending.

On the Bullet

John Gant, hired assassin rides into town. No one
is sure of the identity of his intended victim. Townsfolk have shady pasts
that make each one believe that John Gant is there to kill them. While each
townsperson is falling apart from guilt, Gant is waiting in the hotel but
is still given the blame for the shootings and the suicide of the Banker.
An excellent film with some fine acting by Audie Murphy.
Time For Comedy

needs the money to pay off one of his clients. Now unless they pay him back.

Northville Cemetary Massacre

The story concerns a small town sheriff
who savagely rapes the daughter of one of the town's more respected residents.
He places the blame on a group of fun-loving bikers just passing through.
The sherrif and the father of the girl go on a rampage, slaughtering every
biker in sight. The final stand-off between the sherrif and the father and
the remaining bikers inside the town's Northville Cemetery is violent to
the extreme. The bloodletting in this scene is on par with the finale scene
in The Wild Bunch. The special effects are also amazing, especially for a
film with this low a budget…The entire soundtrack features the work of the
legendary Michael Nesmith of the MONKEES!!!
Northwest Mounted Police
